Provided a person is unable to work referable severe (clinical) depression and anxiety are they suitable to benefits?

..It depends on the policies of the country i lives in, or the state or province..Some will have this spell others will not..However, this should be so everywhere, because just as the body gets sick so does the mind, therefore there should be no difference in benefits or health care any where..Transport care..
